Miss Cyrus isn’t a little girl anymore and the world doesn’t know how to deal with it. Hannah Montana is over people. Move on and let Miely transform into the artist that she’s becoming. Calm down. There are so many other younger artists out there that are much more provocative and no one is freaking out, merely because they didn’t begin as Disney stars.
